Earlier this year, there was an important discussion about veterans’ mental health at the VA Boston Healthcare System’s Brockton Campus. Nizhoni Health Explores Resources That Addresses Veterans’ Mental Health
This Veterans Day, Nizhoni Health would like to say thank you to the more than 24 million veterans in the U.S. We think that assisting veterans – with everything from physical to mental health – is a crucial component of getting them integrated back into civilian life once they return home. Nizhoni Health Shares Five Things to Know During Mental Health Awareness Week
Our dedicated team at Nizhoni Health works year round to improve the lives of those who struggle with mental illness, combat the stigma surrounding mental health treatments and provide resources to communities that need them the most. Here are five things to be aware of during Mental Illness Awareness Week.
Six Steps to Fighting the Stigma of Mental Illness
Wayne Barker, RN is one of our clinical nurse managers based out of our Peabody office. Wayne outlines a common misconception about mental illnesses in this blog post and shows how anyone can help reduce the stigma associated with mental illness in just six steps.
Throughout our company's history, Nizhoni Health has made efforts to hire the most thorough clinicians with a knack for seeing emerging trends in health care. We choose those that are dedicated not only to treating our clients effectively, but also finding ways to ensure our services become better each and every day. Our clinicians are truly dedicated to the communities in which they live and work.
On occasion, one of our clinicians will earn an award or demonstrate expertise through a quote in the media. We’re happy to say that one of our longest-tenured clinicians is featured in a recent post for Wicked Local Watertown.

Telling personal stories is an effective way to share successes and inspire others battling drug or alcohol addiction.
